Free Raffle at Every Meeting starting May 13....

We are going to hold a raffle every meeting to boost attendance and clean out your old model things you are never going to use. Here is how it will work. We all look through our collection of plane parts and come up with things that we are not going to use and didn't bring to the November auction. It doesn't matter what it is as long as it is related to our hobby. It can be wheels, hinges, servos, wood, covering, motors, throttle linkage, pushrods, and anything that you don't want that is too good to throw out. Bring it to the meeting. Everything is piled on a table before the meeting for everyone to examine. At the beginning of the meeting the 50/50 tickets are sold. All will go into the 50/50 bag. Anyone not wanting to buy a 50/50 ticket will be given one but the other half of the ticket will go into the raffle bag. At the end of the meeting the ticket for the 50/50 is drawn. Then all the 50/50 tickets will go into the raffle bag. A number is drawn and the winner has his pick of all the items on the raffle table. The next number is drawn and then he gets next pick and so on until all the items are gone from the table. This will get rid of your unwanted things and someone else will hopefully put them to good use. It will also prove that one man's junk is another man's treasure.
